Suddenly, the patient went from being an ordinary person to becoming a target for healthcare workers, without any understandable reason. Since the patient left the fraudulent physician, they have not encountered any doctor who treated them with professional respect. The patient chose doctors from neighboring municipalities, and initially, after a visit, things seemed fine. However, after a month or more, the doctor would become aggressive and begin attempting to exhaust and humiliate the patient for no understandable reason.

One doctor at a center, whose name the patient wishes not to mention, lied to the patient, claiming she had been on vacation for six months. Yet when the patient went to the clinic due to worsening health, they discovered she had been working as usual. She also asked him not to record her, which clearly indicated that the doctor had been in contact with the previous physician.

Then there was another doctor who was respectful and agreed with the patient on cooperation, but after a month, the doctor suddenly became nervous and began trembling at the sight of the patient.

The patient asked the doctor to examine his hand, which had been broken, as it began to swell and the skin started peeling, but the doctor refused and asked the patient to schedule a new appointment. Later, the patient requested medication for the thyroid, but the doctor refused to prescribe it and asked the patient to come to the clinic to pay. Afterwards, the doctor did issue the prescription, even though this is a medication that doctors typically prescribe without requiring a visit, because the patient needs it to live.

It became very clear that the doctor’s incitement toward retaliation was beginning to manifest, and signs of revenge and betrayal started to reappear.

After the patient’s hand was left without follow-up by the physician until the metal was removed, the patient was surprised to find that the metal had already fused with the bone, making its removal extremely difficult. The two nurses failed to remove the metal, and it became necessary for a doctor to extract it using a screwdriver, twisting it forcefully to the right and left until it was finally removed.

At the hospital, the patient was treated with great respect, sincerity, seriousness, and high professionalism, which deserves gratitude.

The response from the County Governor came in a manner marked by clear stubbornness, and it seemed as though they had been influenced by the previous physician’s encouragement and incitement. They claimed that the patient’s hand was not at risk, despite several months having passed since the complaint was submitted. Over time, the patient realized that it was the same physician who had encouraged the health authorities in Frogner Municipality to adopt this rigid stance against him, resulting in ongoing hostility without any reasonable explanation.

The patient asked Frogner Municipality to intervene to stop these violations and prevent the incitement carried out by the physician. However, the patient was surprised to find that the health authorities in Frogner Municipality themselves were influenced by the physician’s sway, turning against the patient and beginning to lead a campaign of incitement against him. This campaign was carried out by contacting the health authorities Olaf Hesle in Ullern, with the aim of punishing the patient and depriving him of medical support, despite the fact that Ullern District had previously assisted the patient in obtaining a physician.

The physician used false claims as a tool to manipulate the patient’s life, exploiting documents he had obtained from the County Governor to present unethical information and incite others against the patient. Such behavior represents not merely an isolated transgression, but a serious abuse of medical authority and a violation of the principles of integrity and neutrality that healthcare professionals are obligated to uphold. Section 21 of the Health Personnel Act stipulates that patient information may only be used for purposes related to treatment and healthcare, and not as a means of harassment, revenge, or fabrication of false claims. She then further influenced the District Physician in Ullern District to carry out these illegal and unjust measures, clearly demonstrating a pattern of collaboration, coordination, and organized pressure against the patient based on relationships and clientelism.

It has also been reported that the same municipal chief physician in 2024 withdrew the patient’s primary doctor as a form of punishment, which constitutes a clear violation of Norwegian health legislation. The decision by District Physician Olaf Hesle in Ullern was allegedly influenced by officials in Frogner District, who repeatedly sought to promote negative attitudes toward the patient in order to provide administrative support to the implicated physician after the patient had submitted a formal complaint regarding persistent harassing behavior. The circumstances suggest that this was a revenge-motivated initiative aimed at undermining the patient’s credibility and influencing the outcome of the complaint.

This document was sent before the physician in question, using his connections with employees in Frogner District, turned them against the patient by convincing them with documents he had obtained from the County Governor’s staff in Oslo. The main purpose of this was to pressure the patient into silence and submission, as the physician and the County Governor’s staff assumed. This action demonstrates not only an abuse of medical authority but also collaboration with other actors, such as the chief physician in Frogner, indicating the existence of a network of nepotism and manipulation within the healthcare system.

Legally, this action is considered a violation of the patient’s fundamental rights to proper medical care and professional support. It also constitutes a breach of privacy laws and the protection of personal data, especially if patient information was used unlawfully to pressure the patient or damage his reputation.

Ethically, the action demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and respect for the patient and represents a betrayal of the trust that should exist between doctor and patient. Concealing the truth from the patient and acting behind his back violates his human dignity and contributes to the deterioration of his mental and physical health.

In the absence of documented evidence that the physician in question has completed the required training programs or holds the necessary certifications in these specialties, legitimate questions arise regarding the credibility of his statements. His practice and conduct may indicate activities that do not align with professional requirements, further undermining trust in his claims and raising concerns about whether his activities comply with recognized medical standards.
