“From Deception and Manipulation to Incitement: How Did the Physician Become the Patient’s Enemy in the Healthcare System?”

Since the patient ended their relationship with a physician lacking professional integrity, they began to notice unexplained changes in the behavior of the doctors they later came into contact with. Professionalism and respect, which should form the cornerstones of the doctor patient relationship, were replaced by aggressive attitudes and incomprehensible conduct. What initially was an ordinary case quickly developed into a series of suspicious interactions with multiple physicians, during which the patient was subjected to direct and explicit incitement from some of them. It appears that these actions were not isolated incidents, but rather supported by certain actors, exacerbating the patient’s suffering and contributing to a marked escalation of tensions.Medpoint AS, Majorstua, Oslo, Statsforvalteren i Østfold, Buskerud, Oslo og Akershus,Larsen, Christer Torgilstveit, Medpoint AS, Statsforvalteren i Østfold, Buskerud, Oslo og Akershus, Christer T. Incitement Against the Patient

Tine Ravlo,Bydelsoverlege,Bydel Frogner

Suddenly, the patient went from being an ordinary person to becoming a target for healthcare workers, without any understandable reason. Since the patient left the fraudulent physician, they have not encountered any doctor who treated them with professional respect. The patient chose doctors from neighboring municipalities, and initially, after a visit, things seemed fine. However, after a month or more, the doctor would become aggressive and begin attempting to exhaust and humiliate the patient for no understandable reason.

One doctor at a center, whose name the patient wishes not to mention, lied to the patient, claiming she had been on vacation for six months. Yet when the patient went to the clinic due to worsening health, they discovered she had been working as usual. She also asked him not to record her, which clearly indicated that the doctor had been in contact with the previous physician.

Then there was another doctor who was respectful and agreed with the patient on cooperation, but after a month, the doctor suddenly became nervous and began trembling at the sight of the patient.

The patient asked the doctor to examine his hand, which had been broken, as it began to swell and the skin started peeling, but the doctor refused and asked the patient to schedule a new appointment. Later, the patient requested medication for the thyroid, but the doctor refused to prescribe it and asked the patient to come to the clinic to pay. Afterwards, the doctor did issue the prescription, even though this is a medication that doctors typically prescribe without requiring a visit, because the patient needs it to live.

It became very clear that the doctor’s incitement toward retaliation was beginning to manifest, and signs of revenge and betrayal started to reappear.

After the patient’s hand was left without follow-up by the physician until the metal was removed, the patient was surprised to find that the metal had already fused with the bone, making its removal extremely difficult. The two nurses failed to remove the metal, and it became necessary for a doctor to extract it using a screwdriver, twisting it forcefully to the right and left until it was finally removed.

At the hospital, the patient was treated with great respect, sincerity, seriousness, and high professionalism, which deserves gratitude.

The response from the County Governor came in a manner marked by clear stubbornness, and it seemed as though they had been influenced by the previous physician’s encouragement and incitement. They claimed that the patient’s hand was not at risk, despite several months having passed since the complaint was submitted. Over time, the patient realized that it was the same physician who had encouraged the health authorities in Frogner Municipality to adopt this rigid stance against him, resulting in ongoing hostility without any reasonable explanation.

The patient asked Frogner Municipality to intervene to stop these violations and prevent the incitement carried out by the physician. However, the patient was surprised to find that the health authorities in Frogner Municipality themselves were influenced by the physician’s sway, turning against the patient and beginning to lead a campaign of incitement against him. This campaign was carried out by contacting the health authorities Olaf Hesle in Ullern, with the aim of punishing the patient and depriving him of medical support, despite the fact that Ullern District had previously assisted the patient in obtaining a physician.

The physician used false claims as a tool to manipulate the patient’s life, exploiting documents he had obtained from the County Governor to present unethical information and incite others against the patient. This tactic aimed to divert attention from his unprofessional conduct and neglect toward the patient, as well as his continuous attempts to avoid responsibility.bydelsoverlege olaf hesle

Such behavior represents not merely an isolated transgression, but a serious abuse of medical authority and a violation of the principles of integrity and neutrality that healthcare professionals are obligated to uphold. Section 21 of the Health Personnel Act stipulates that patient information may only be used for purposes related to treatment and healthcare, and not as a means of harassment, revenge, or fabrication of false claims. The ethical rules of the Norwegian Medical Association also set strict standards prohibiting the misuse of patient relationships for purposes other than professional ones.

Favoritism and unlawful coordination with Frogner District are reflected in the documents as a pattern of coordination between senior physicians in Frogner and Ullern, where decisions appear to be influenced more by personal relationships and mutual protection than by medical and professional assessments. This undermines trust in healthcare leadership and provides a clear picture of abuse of authority.

These documented circumstances support the claim that Olaf Hesle has not adhered to the requirements of neutrality, professionalism, and integrity as established in Sections 4 and 21 of the Health Personnel Act, as well as the ethical guidelines set by the Norwegian Medical Association. Overall, this pattern appears serious, as it can compromise patient safety and undermine trust in the healthcare system.Olaf Hesle Ullern falstlege Overlege

All patients lie, and they lie to me constantly. This time, it is not the patients who are being ridiculed, but the system itself.

The physician mocks the complaint system at the County Governor’s Office, where he does not take complaints seriously and looks down on patients attempting to file them.

After the physician conveyed inaccurate information to the County Governor, retaliatory decisions were made against the patient, decisions largely based on the physician’s own account, and which possibly do not reflect the full picture or rely on a comprehensive assessment. In retrospect, the County Governor appears limited in its ability to review the physician’s role in the case, raising questions about the oversight mechanisms and quality assurance in such processes.

Nevertheless, the health authorities at the County Governor’s Office decided not to pursue the case further, but promised to take the information into consideration at a later time.

After the physician, through manipulation and deception, managed to obtain documents from the health authorities, he began using them as a means of blackmail against the patient, relating to his private life and medical information. This action caused both concern and astonishment, as the documents clearly formed part of a plan to damage the patient’s reputation and manipulate his personal and medical life.

Follow along to see one of this physician’s “skills,” namely how he falsifies evaluations to benefit himself and his clinic. Let’s take a closer look at this in the following section. . . . In the autumn of 2024, the District Physician secretly contacted the hospital in an attempt to impose on the complaining patient a fabricated accusation that he was suffering from “insanity.” This was done without medical justification, professional assessment, or evidence, and was based on inaccurate and unethical information with personal and vengeful motives. This occurred after the District Physician in Frogner District had been encouraged by the inappropriate physician who caused this chaotic situation. She then further influenced the District Physician in Ullern District to carry out these illegal and unjust measures, clearly demonstrating a pattern of collaboration, coordination, and organized pressure against the patient based on relationships and clientelism.

It has also been reported that the same municipal chief physician in 2024 withdrew the patient’s primary doctor as a form of punishment, which constitutes a clear violation of Norwegian health legislation. The decision by District Physician Olaf Hesle in Ullern was allegedly influenced by officials in Frogner District, who repeatedly sought to promote negative attitudes toward the patient in order to provide administrative support to the implicated physician after the patient had submitted a formal complaint regarding persistent harassing behavior. The circumstances suggest that this was a revenge-motivated initiative aimed at undermining the patient’s credibility and influencing the outcome of the complaint.

This document was sent before the physician in question, using his connections with employees in Frogner District, turned them against the patient by convincing them with documents he had obtained from the County Governor’s staff in Oslo. The main purpose of this was to pressure the patient into silence and submission, as the physician and the County Governor’s staff assumed. The documents were obtained through Sofie Scott, Sara Cecilie Wilhelmsen Solheim, Connie Lien, and Hanne Fisknes, and then shown to the health services.

After reviewing these documents, the health services in Frogner District significantly changed their stance, from neutrality or investigation to direct targeting of the patient, in an obvious attempt to support the physician and cover up the matter.

It appears that these actions, which violate professional principles toward patients, have become a source of satisfaction for the health services, particularly after the chaos spread within the healthcare system under the supervision of the County Governor in Oslo, where revenge against patients and the creation of unprofessional reports has become more common than serious work to protect patients’ rights.

A long time has passed since the accusations were directed at the health authorities and Frogner District, and they still have not provided any response or explanation regarding these actions. This silence is considered clear evidence that these practices have been exposed and that there is an attempt to conceal them by failing to respond.Bydelsoverlege Neelam Sarwar Anjum، Bydelsoverlege Tine Ravlo, Bydel Frogner

Olaf Hesle, Municipal Chief Physician in Ullern

In 2024, the district physician secretly contacted the hospital to incite them to take measures against the patient and accuse him of insanity. This occurred under the influence and encouragement of the chief physician in Frogner, who abused her position to take revenge on the patient following the prompting of the inappropriate physician previously mentioned in the article, according to the principle of relationships and nepotism. As a result, the patient was deprived of his right to proper medical care and professional support. The incident reveals an abuse of medical authority for purposes of revenge, and a clear violation of patients’ fundamental rights within a comprehensive healthcare system that some physicians exploit for personal vendettas against patients.

The actions carried out by the aforementioned physician, in which he secretly contacted the hospital to incite them to take measures against the patient and accuse him of insanity, constitute a clear violation of the fundamental principles of medical ethics and human rights. This action demonstrates not only an abuse of medical authority but also collaboration with other actors, such as the chief physician in Frogner, indicating the existence of a network of nepotism and manipulation within the healthcare system.

Legally, this action is considered a violation of the patient’s fundamental rights to proper medical care and professional support. It also constitutes a breach of privacy laws and the protection of personal data, especially if patient information was used unlawfully to pressure the patient or damage his reputation.

Ethically, the action demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and respect for the patient and represents a betrayal of the trust that should exist between doctor and patient. Concealing the truth from the patient and acting behind his back violates his human dignity and contributes to the deterioration of his mental and physical health.

Such actions raise serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of the healthcare system and the general trust in medical institutions. The situation has become even more serious after it emerged that some of the supervisory authorities at the County Governor’s Office in Oslo collaborated in a manner that constitutes a clear violation of the principles of patients’ rights, allying themselves with the physician against the patient due to personal relationships and camaraderie, raising questions about the integrity of oversight.

Regarding information related to his professional background, the physician has allegedly previously stated that he has held positions as a psychiatrist, military doctor, and cosmetic practitioner. It is noteworthy that he claims to have practiced multiple specialized professions simultaneously.

However, these claims raise legitimate questions, as there is no reliable evidence supporting his statements about a multidisciplinary career. In the Norwegian healthcare system, both legislation and professional regulations require that physicians practicing in specialized fields such as psychiatry or military medicine complete specialized training programs, as well as obtain recognized qualifications and certificates from accredited educational institutions.

For example, a physician seeking approval as a psychiatrist in Norway must complete a specialized education program in psychiatry, which includes practical training under the supervision of specialists. For military medicine, in addition to standard medical education, specific military training is also required. Regarding cosmetic treatments, this requires specialized education and recognized certifications in areas such as plastic surgery or dermatological cosmetic procedures—fields that cannot be practiced by a general practitioner without the necessary qualifications.

In the absence of documented evidence that the physician in question has completed the required training programs or holds the necessary certifications in these specialties, legitimate questions arise regarding the credibility of his statements. His practice and conduct may indicate activities that do not align with professional requirements, further undermining trust in his claims and raising concerns about whether his activities comply with recognized medical standards.
